so heres what you need:
a balloon
newspaper
water and flour mixture


once it is completely covered you let it dry and harden


once it is hard and dry you pop the balloon and pull it out of the top hole. then we decorated ours with pieces of tissue paper. all the cousins will be together for easter so we will use it then. i will post some more pics of the finished product then. it was really fun to do and the kids love doing a "project".
