Gumbo Limbo is a free Environmental Complex that is designed to provide marine and coastal environmental education for the community through classes, workshops, field trips and research.
They have tanks filled with marine life, a board walk that takes you through native florida landscapes, a 39 ft look out tower, and a butterfly garden.

the kids had a blast seeing all the cool things and we loved that it was free.

after gumbo limbo we headed to a park with our picnic lunch and had a yummy picnic in the shade. then the kids had fun on the playground.
it was a great day.
